I'll look Adam out on Twitter. Was going to respond to your comment by joke-tweeting something ridiculously personal, but thought better of it... which means 1. my tweet filter is probably better developed than his and 2. there are people who might see my tweet but who wouldn't relate it to this post and might take it seriously.

Nelly - Thanks for telling me it was a.
Shane Sparks routine, he is a great choreographer.

TDK - Loved your comments on the open post

Injera - I thought it was a pretty strong opening night. But it was good to see the weaker dancers go first week, instead of hanging about and taking out good dancers, by being paired with them.

Do you follow Adam Shankman on Twitter? A few weeks ago about being dumped and having a broken heart, etc. I find it weird when people divulge intimate details of their life on twitter.

+1 for Adam Shankman every week!

I actually liked Jeanine and Phillip's routine, but mostly because I had low expectations that she'd be able to do it and was impressed by the synchronisation.

Have to confess that I can't judge dancers - or anybody - obectively if they have eastern European/Russian accents, so was head over heels for Max as soon as he opened his lovely little mouth. Hot tamale train indeed.

Won't mourn the losses of Paris and Tony - didn't make enough of an impact for me to be able to remember them without recourse to recaps!

I am pretty sure that the choreographer for the opening group routine was Shane Sparks.

I think Tony may do well in broadway with his personality and showy style; but not enough energy and technicality for SYTYCD.
