Hi RR, and thanks for the reply. I wouldn’t know about the ratings, but I’ll look into it. Masterchef is generally very popular in the UK, so I would imagine MC Oz is doing just as well. I love the whole way it’s been expanded and hope we get your next season as well.

Here in the UK, I’m watching this series of MC Oz and Julie & Justine have just had the elimination cook off and Justine was the one to leave.

All I can say is bless Julie and, even though it’s spoilt it a tiny bit knowing she’s won, I say good on her. She’s an absolute doll, sweet personality, and a lovely woman.

And I don’t care if the above photo has been touched up (who wouldn’t wanna look extra good). Julie, you rock.

The editor of WW was on one of the morning shows earlier today saying she thinks Julie is going to be the next Margaret Fulton. Yeah, right. I guess she is talking her up because WW has signed Julie as a regular columnist. Isn’t WW owned by Packer/Nine or did he sell it as part of his liquidation binge because of his disasterous foray into casinos in Macau? Surprised Julie is allowed to do work for other media. Then again if 10 doesn’t have mags the extra exposure can’t hurt. Coles hasn’t picked up on her. In my local Coles, Curtis is all over the joint with his $10 meals. I haven’t looked into the recipes but is it $10 for the whole thing or $10 per person. One recipe he is advertising on one of the TV commercials for Coles is a pasta with olives dish. If the whole dish is supposed to be under $10 there is no way that total includes the paramesan cheese on top! Or is the $10 computed per olive and per shaved mg of cheese?
