No idea MC was on TUES night this week and final tonight (WED)…after I saw Injera’s recap up, I’ve gone most of today thinking it was Thursday! Why did they do this…must have been a last minute change as I don’t recall it being promoted as being Tues/Wed final this week. Are ratings that bad they just wanted to run the remaining episodes and be done with it? Surprised there hasn’t been more marketing of MC overall leading up to Xmas – ie the kiddie MC schlock, cookbooks, etc. …. or have I succesfully managed to avoid it?

As for the final, I say Keith for the win! As a former swimmer I find Eamon as little arrogant…and I can’t stand the beauty queen in her Daisy Duke shorts and Blundstones…what is up with that…is it intended to keep the horny male demo happy as the weather warms up and days grow longer?

I didn’t realise this was on but just happened to check the TV guide at 7.30. For those who missed, Injera’s recap covers everything and is more entertaining to boot.

I wish George and Gary would make it sound like the contestants are curing cancer. George seems to have swallowed an entire library of motivational books and the cliches are driving me insane.

I had preconceptions about Rachael. She’s dispelled them all. She seems like a lot of fun but I still want Kirk to win. Not sure why.

The final episode is tonight.
As a side note, I’m very impressed with my Foxtel IQ which I had set on a series link record of the Celebrity Masterchef episodes. It knew to record last nights episode as well as tonights!! Very handy!

I believe Eamon said ‘*at this point* (ie. after he’d already stuffed up his profiteroles) it’s not important for me to win, it’s important to plate something up to stay in the competition’. It’s really what he should have done in the Olympics heat so that he wouldn’t have stuffed his chances in the final.

Anyway, Rachel’s proven herself unbeatable at desserts. I wonder what the menu will be tomorrow.
