Farmer Wants A Wife – Will Is On To Sam’s Motivation To Go Onto The Show

Farmer Will is not thick as it appears he has cottoned onto  Sam’s (the lady in red) motivation for going on Farmer Wants A Wife. See previous blog post here about her being a part time glamour model.

The Daily Telegraph reports that Farmer Will asks her about her motivations for going on the show. She of course says it is to find love. Yeah right.

The article states:

‘FARMER Wants a Wife’ contestant Samantha Adams is left red-faced after Farmer Will tells her he thinks she is only on the reality show to further her modelling career.

In a tense elimination tonight on Nine, the saucy Gold Coast nurse – who was exposed as a part-time lads mag glamour model by Confidential last week, is confronted by the gentle giant farmer just an hour before he is due to send one girl packing.

Will tells Sam he finds her attractive, but doesn’t think she is cut out for life on the farm.

Sam tries to convince Will to let her stay, telling him she is “looking for love and a lifetime partner”.

But Will’s other girl Eliza was a hit with his mum and sisters on last week’s show, while he coyly admitted his third choice Kathy has “a lovely smile and is a pretty girl”.

The tears and tantrums weren’t only reserved for Will’s farm though.

Victorian Farmer Tim drives 70km to comfort South Australian pal Farmer Trent who is struggling to pick which potential partner to send home, while one contestant is left having a complete breakdown after being told she has to leave.

Anyway it looks like an entertaining episode. Farmer Wants A Wife on Monday nights at 7.30pm on Channel Nine.

The TV Week also say that a lot of the farmers have taken a financial hit by being on the show. It takes about a month to film and Farmer Trent reckons he has lost $60,000 – $80,000.

Farmer Tim said he has lost $10,000 in lost wages, however Farmer Kev reckons he hasn’t lost money he just has not made any.

Also Farmer John says he is a natural romantic and did not require any prompting from the producers. This guy is definitely keen to get back on the horse, the dating one that is.

If she were smarter she would have said that she is ‘…on this show to fill the gap in my life with something I truly love’ – that wouldn’t be a lie.

Boo hoo about the farmers reckoning they have lost money. Boo effing hoo. $80,000 could buy a whole lotta love. Hey Trent, just click on that spam email we’ve all got from Svetlana, mate. Beneath the peroxide and make-up picture facade there’s bound to be a hard-working peasant girl lurking who’ll gladly break her back ploughing yer fields, cooking ya borsch nightly and birthing troves of moon-faced kids. If a Russian mail order bride was good enough for real celebrtity like Alan Partridge*, then a spare 60G should see you sorted as well.

I live on a sheep & wheat farm and the shit they do for the show is a bit of a joke. It’s not much like life on a real farm so i’m guessing they dont get much actual work done… Also sucked in Farmers for choosing the model looking types that last 2 minutes because they need to live closer to a beauty salon…

If she were smarter she wouldn’t be trying to get into Zoo mag.

I’m still stunned that a photo in Zoo Magazine is seen a career step for these women – surely it is a dead end really? Stars on the wane might grab at Zoo mag with desperation, but surely noone has started with Zoo and gone on to great things?

I actually know sam.. Can confirm she is a model never done nursing and was paid as an actress to go on the show as she was and still is engaged. Not looking for love at all!
