Altiyan Childs Admits To Smoking Metamphetamine
Oh Altiyan you comment when you were on The X Factor saying you don’t do drugs appears to be shown to be a lie.
The Daily Telegraph reports that Altiyan Childs has been charged with driving under the influence.
EMBATTLED rocker Altiyan Childs has been convicted of driving under the influence of methamphetamine and cannabis, outraging fans he has long told: “My only drug is love.”
Capping off a disastrous 12 months, the eccentric X Factor winner pleaded guilty in Taree Local Court this week to having both drugs in his system while driving a car north on the Pacific Highway.
The 36-year-old reportedly admitted to police that he had smoked a “joint laced with MDMA” at a party in Bexley, in Sydney’s south, the night before he was pulled over for a roadside breath test in Coolongolook, near Forster, on November 8 last year.
Childs – real name Altijan Juric – yesterday said it was a “very rare thing” for him to be caught up with drugs but that he was trying to relax after a troubled year.

Far out the Altiyan saga just keeps on going. He needs to be put in a straightjacket and constantly supervised with all the rubbish that goes on in his life.

“The 36-year-old singer, who won an ARIA last year for highest selling album, may have been wanting to keep a low profile, however he couldn’t fail to draw some attention to himself, arriving at the courthouse dressed all in black, with long sleeved shirt, skinny jeans and a black cowboy hat.”
He probably thought that outfit was ‘what they wear’ in a large coastal town. Maybe try it in Tamworth next week mate!
It is of course possible he’d straightened out and stayed off drugs for some period of time and has since relapsed.
He is a druggo always has been relapsed lol he never stopped using, its just that he got caught this time, he is back in court on the 30th witness for the prosecution in his ex managers case, that will be interesting when the defense cross examines him and more of his sordid behaviour comes out, the defense have videos I believe.
I have to admit that I didn’t watch X Factor, but from what I have seen of him on the 6.30 shows, he’s a bit of a strange one.
Obviously has some serious issues. What is see lacking is remorse for being caught for this. All he has said in his defense is that the papers finally got it right like he is proud of it. Where are the aplogies to the people he has lied to which include the fans, where is the official statement full of remorse. He waited for the press to get hold of it but could have made a statement sooner. Why isn’t this guy in rehab rather trying to spruik an album that may/may not be released by his record company.
As per usual another thing that’s badly handled and shows that he cannot cope with the music industry and the pressure it adds to his life
If I was his record company I would be getting out now before another bad press and suck up the losses my business has made.

He so often compares his tradegies and the cruelty of mankind to the likes of Jesus, that i am starting to wonder whether Altiyan believes Jesus was also a druggo.
Innocent families have to share the road with irresponsible people who drink or take drugs while driving. Altiyan is lucky he didn’t hurt anyone. I wonder what drugs his fans are taking to actually think this is ok.

i am on the fence with this…i know what he done is wrong…he shouldnt of smoked that disgusting thing…he says hes been under alot of pressure with the media, dont get me wrong he most defentily has the poor guy has to put up with so much..but doing drugs is not ok..i was asking a friend about the drug methamphetamine (cause i have no exp with drugs never taken them never will) and he told me people dont just start smoking this drug users have to build up to this because their body gets use to the weaker drugs.. he has told his fans all he has done in his life has smoked a joint or two…sadly now i dont believe this. if you lace a joint with meth which he said he did hes obviously done this before…im pretty sad about all this because i had alot of respect for altiyan..dont know what to think

Looks like Sony have had enough. They have parted ways with the Messiah. He has revealed that he still intends on bringing out his album – AND a book. Will it be about how to set up a DIY meth lab in a cave? Or will it be the New New Testament?

And he states that he will be publishing a book entitled Altiyan & Goliath, presumably the teachings of the Messiah whilst under the influence of some meth laced weed. He also states that he will be releasing his album & it is entitled Twenty Twelve – the ages between which he prefers his girlfriends, one surmises. Who will be releasing it is the question cos it ain’t gonna be through Sony.

Always thought he had that meth face. My friend was stupid enough to go to his concert last year. She complained that during a one hour set he left the stage 3 times for very lengthy breaks. His shonky manager even got up on stage to dance like a goof to an instrumental version of Kiss whilst the Messiah must have powdered his nose or had a few tokes of the favoured meth laced joints. Can’t even play a 0ne hour set without a break. Gee, even Keef Richards was able to do that.

Does this mean apart from the court case for Steven Yankuloff due in court this week that the next big Altiyan headline involves Altiyan, bike gang, drugs and innocent people caught in the crossfire? We know this bike gang are involved in a bike war so does this mean the fans also support the gang and their illegal activities?

Based on the past involvement with drugs and people with weapons it doesn’t surprise me in the least. I am wondering what kind of support that involves. Can anyone offer some suggestions?
