The Biggest Loser – Luke Is Kicked Out Of The House

After the teaser in the papers at the beginning of The Biggest Loser series viewers finally got to see who was expelled from the house for drinking alcohol.

Luke was told he had to leave has he got drunk in the house, something that is not allowed, but also more disturbingly it was his behaviour change that may have been the thing that got him punted.

He became aggressive, swearing and arguing and did he also slap someone on the butt?

He was put into lockdown and when Shannan came and talked to him he offered to leave the house. Did the producers let him go with some dignity by making it seem he offered to go?

Luke admitted he had alcohol issues and it was something he had to deal with this outside the house. However all of these contestants would have some kind of addiction or mental health issues due to food being their “drug”.

Obviously not condoning his aggressive behaviour but shouldn’t they try and address this inside the house?

It was weigh in time as well and everyone lost big numbers, even Hamish who had been eating himself to immunity. Now he has lost his last team mate he will struggle.

The red girls continued to kick butt, and were safe from immunity. And it was the white  team and black team who had to face elimination.

Bek was the surprise nomination from the white team as she thought it was agreed that Selena was the one all her team mates were voting for, and Graham was up for the black team as he had the lowest weight loss percentage.

However viewers will have to wait until tomorrow night to see who goes or in fact if anyone goes.

I was left unsure as to why Luke was kicked out (and he was kicked out, that seemed obvious to me with what Shannan said.) He was told by Shannan “If it was just the alcohol I just kick your arse and we could get on with things” (or something to that affect) but then said after what happened that night his hands are tied and Luke had to go.
Does anyone else get the feeling Hamish is being forced upon poor Michelle? I really get the feeling that “romance” is one way. Every time they ask Michelle about it she squirms and says it’s a nice “friendship”.

This is so sad. If the bloke has a problem with the booze as well as food, help him. Kicking the bloke out because he has a problem with the bottle seems pretty cruel. Perhaps keep booze out of the house all together (can’t remember booze being in the house previously.

The Hamish / Michelle thing certainly seems a one way street

The booze was smuggled into the house.

It was all very odd. Nothing was stated clearly. The conversation that that housemates had about the previous night appeared to be acted out rather than spontaneous.
Im sure if this were back in the day that Loser was a more popular show Channel 10 would have been made to answer questions from the outside media.

I hate how reality tv shows have all these rules and regulations these days. Does it really matter if he drank alcohol, smuggled-in or not? Do the contestants truly need to be locked away forever and ever?

Ultimately if he drinks it’s going to be reflected in his weight and he’ll be kicked off anyway.

How exactly did he get the alcohol. How was it ‘smugelled’ in?
