Everybody Dance Now – Sarah Murdoch Locked In
There have been rumours swirling for months that Sarah Murdoch would be hosting TEN’s new dance show Everybody Dance Now, but TV Tonight is saying it is now locked in.
TV Tonight writes:
[Everybody Dance Now] Set to air on TEN later this year, the series sees dancers of all ages, all styles, including solo dancers, duos, groups, professional and amateur vying for a $250,000 cash prize.
TEN is currently holding auditions around the country with Melbourne rounds to take place this weekend and Sydney a week later.
Another vehicle for Sarah Murdoch is Fashion Star, which Network TEN have the format to. However this is yet to be confirmed, however Network TEN has been talking to possible talent to be on the show. Camilla Frank confirmed at Fashion Week she had been in talks in TEN about the show. She would make a great mentor for the show if it goes ahead, as she has done some great guest judge appearances on Project Runway Australia.
The US version of Fashion Star is currently on ELEVEN on Monday nights at 8.30pm, and it is fun particularly Jessica Simpson and Nicole Ritchie. The US version is hosted by Elle Macpherson.
Everybody Dance Now will be a welcome return to the screens of a competitive reality dance show.
The show will will produced by Fremantle Media who previously made So You Think You Can Dance Australia.
