The Voice US Version Season Two Will Start On Monday
Have to give it to NINE they are the kings of milking a successful show.
They have announced Season Two of the US version of The Voice will start on NINE on Monday in the 7pm time slot.
This is a smart move as not much is happening until the Olympics start and it also rated quite well on GO late last year.
The show will then be moved to GO once the Olympics start. If you don’t want spoilers don’t google as it has already finished in the USA.
Here’s the drill on the show:
|All four superstar coaches will return to THE VOICE U.S.: Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, CeeLo Green and Blake Shelton, who will discover and nurture America’s next great musical talent.
Hosted by Carson Daly, there will be three stages of competition in THE VOICE U.S. – the Blind Auditions, the Battle Rounds and the Live performance shows.
In this series, during the Battle Rounds, each coach will have two guest mentors to help guide their artists to their performance. While Kelly Clarkson will be saddling up with Team Blake, Blake’s other mentor will be his wife, country superstar Miranda Lambert.
Team Adam’s mentors will be R&B crooner Robin Thicke and Alanis Morissette. Team CeeLo has R&B greats Ne-Yo and Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, while Team Christina lines up with pop/country singer-songwriter Jewel and Lionel Richie – father-in-law of Joel Madden, who was one of the coaches on the phenomenally successful Australian version of The Voice.
