Big Brother – Well That Elimination Was A Tad Unexpected

So Zoe is in love with Michael and she gave him a nomination point? No wonder she was flipping out when she heard he was up for elimination. It was funny when she was telling Big Brother how she was in love him. Clearly George is just a distant memory. It was also amusing when she was discussing with Layla how if any guy texts her she thinks he wants to have her babies.

Zoe also said that Stacey was getting on her nerves and says she has to remove herself from her when she does crazy things. She implied Stacey was an exhibitionist (who isn’t in the house?) and  knows that people have their eyes on her when she does crazy things.

Stacey’s close friend Ben is such a manipulator. He goes to Sam and talks to him about how he needs to get know the housemates he does not know so well. Sam admits he has not connected with Michael and Stacey. He gives him advice on how to do this then tells them both of them that Sam said he did not know them as well.

While he tells them this he flatters them by saying they were his close friends in the house and then implies that he did not like him.

Chances of them nominating Sam tomorrow must be high. Chances of Sam nominating Ben now – not so high.

Not that Sam really needs the viewers sympathy as he was thinking it was OK to crack onto Layla’s friends once he was out, and he told her he was fine for her to have open slather on his friends. When Angie told him it was not good for him to say things like that he retorted that him and Layla had an agreement. Not sure Layla had agreed to that agreement.

He also told Angie that whole exchange had been a test for Layla.

Layla went to the diary room and called him “a tit” and said she was not going to sleep with him that night. Unfortunately we did not get to see if she followed through on that threat, but possibly not considering the big hug she gave him when it was announced he was safe from elimination.

Sam has never been in love and it looks like that status quo is not going to change for Layla.

Tonight at the elimination announcement Sonia did not tell them which housemate had the highest amount of votes to save them. The rationale was it was top ten. Sam ended up being saved first then Angie. However it was Michael who had obtained 46 per cent of the votes.

Finally it was announced Bradley was gone. He was not expecting it and the audience probably wasn’t either.

Again as soon as they were on stage the poor bugger was shown that only 14 per cent of the voters picked him to save. Angie was not far behing on 19 percent and Sam on 21 per cent.

If that wasn’t enough to make the poor boy feel like crap they then showed the negative clips about him with people bitching about him and the nomination footage.

Later then did end up showing the footage where he was funny in the house.

In his exit interview he did say he would like to see Michael win as he felt he deserves it the most. Not sure what he meant by that.

Hopefully now that Bradley is a national reality TV star his luck with the girls might change.

Were you surprised to see Bradley go?

“It’s an all too common thing for the highly academically intelligent people to have very little common sense – some are also blessed with a lack of social skills.”

As someone with a genius level IQ (much higher than Michael’s), and as a psych student, I wholeheartedly agree with that comment. I may be book smart, but I still can’t fix the car if it breaks down or have a conversation with someone without getting all idiotic. My brother has a higher IQ than Michael also, and he’s a drug addict! They really do need to just let it go.

At least we can both keep our pants pulled up!

Yes, my brother is a professor of medicine but he’s dumb as dogsh*t about life.

I love how everybody on this blog scolded me for merely suggesting that Bradley was a goner prior to eliminations last night. LOL.

You’re all just jealous of Sam’s hot muscles and smoking body. Admit it.

You didn’t suggest that at all . All you did was demonstrate your ignorance of Aspergers and repeated some rumours you read. That really is laughable.

@55, are you a friend of Sams by any chance? None of the men in the house appeal to me at all, especially Michael and Sam.
BDD, hopefully there will be some new words to add to the list after tonight’s nom noms!
I saw a bit of Beauty and the Geek and they are even dumber, one girl when told her geek was a pharmacist asked him does that mean he works on a farm! This show would get a long list!
