My Kitchen Rules – Gatecrashers Ashlee and Sophia Know They Are In For A Roasting
The gatecrasher’s Ashlee and Sophia from NSW who have been in the promos over and over again know they are in for a roasting from fans when they hit our screens tomorrow night.
The childhood friends told the Sunday Telegraph that they even shocked the judges with their “fierce and blunt” comments.
Hopefully the comments on social media will be criticising their behaviour not there race.
The article says:
The pals from Cabramatta even left judges Pete Evans and Manu Feildel choking on their food with their uncomplimentary comments about contestants’ dishes.
But Pham, 28, who confesses they are “arrogant and confident”, is standing firm: “We tell it like it is, we don’t sugar-coat things and that’s just how we do it.
“It definitely didn’t go down very well with the other contestants – I think they weren’t expecting us to be so fierce and really blunt.”
Pou adds: “There was definitely segregation going on with the whole group and it was very much us against them. From their side it was safety in numbers, but we were strong enough to stand alone and support each other.
“I was happy to keep to ourselves.
They said they had no concerns about a public backlash like the one fellow contestants Jessie Khan and Biswa Kamila, the “Spice Girls”, received.
“They had no filter, they didn’t have the social awareness to speak in an intelligent manner,” Pou says. “What we say is strong and opinionated but it’s logical. It makes sense.”
It will interesting to see if they still feel the same way after they have been through the reality TV wringer.
My Kitchen Rules on SEVEN on Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm.
