Celebrity Apprentice Australia – Brian Mannix Thinks The Show Was Like Being In Guantanamo Bay

Brian Mannix should never go on Survivor as he would not cope has he has likened his experience on Celebrity Apprentice as being in a terrorist prison.

He did not say whether if the terrorist prison was like Guantanamo Bay or like the Ecuadorian Embassy where Julian Assange is staying. What I do know is Brian Mannix has given some of the best reality TV quotes of the year so far and he is one of the contestants I will be barracking for on the new series.

He told the Daily Telegraph:

CELEBRITY Apprentice Australia contestant Brian Mannix has likened his experience on the show to being in a terrorist prison.

The lead singer of The Uncanny X-Men and one-time Dancing With The Stars contestant claims competitors were woken at 4.30am for no reason, escorted to the toilet by a guard and spun lies by producers and crew: “They would deliberately lie to stall or distract you. None of my fellow contestants gave me the shits. But the crew did. The food did, too.”

Mannix said five competitors were struck down with food poisoning during filming.

“But you couldn’t go to the toilet without a guard, which wasn’t a lot of fun, especially when we had diarrhoea.”

On waking up early he said: “We didn’t even have anything to do. We stood around doing sweet f… all. They wear everybody out, so they crack.”

Stephanie Rice also looks like she will be an entertaining contestant because of her strong personality, but also The Daily Telegraph is hinting that she appears to be getting on quite well some of the cast from the show.

Hilarious and it looks like this series could be a cracker.

Celebrity Apprentice Australia coming soon to NINE.

Hey Raver, did he mention whether Harold and Kumar have also escaped from Bouris’s clutches yet?

Welcome back, CB. You’ve been missed a lot here.

“But you couldn’t go to the toilet without a guard”

In case someone might try to steal your $hit, Brian.

Thanks bdd, daisy…
Unfortunately my absence will not be turned into a 3D High Frame Rate film –
“Escape for Ajay’s Boudoir: A life lived and de-crinkled under the derrière of delight”.

Instead I’ve not been watching much tele of the last few months and have been avoiding Marco, Jowlsy, Manu and Australia’s most tanned Healthitarian*, Pete (Smug Mug) Evans, as best I can.

I did catch last night’s MKR and got a few laughs from the discomplimentary, but accurately targeted and aimed, barbs of the Asian ‘babes’.

I reckon that the bondi trainer guy – the one with the blonde locks – is Beavis grown up and over here on a 457 visa (he’s the one on the right) –

(Is that tan healthy, Pete?)

Good job recognizing his inner (and outer) Beavis, CB.

Nice to hear from you again, CB

I’ve missed your humour – there’s precious little of it lately, what with the craptastic MKR bitchorama dragging my demeanor down.

I noticed your rum got pulled from the shelves in Canada. Hootch they called it? I’d like to say you’re looking young and fit but I’m sorry I can’t. Not your best shot for sure…

I thought you might be in need of a jab in the bum, to get your arse back on the blog so I was saving this one for you.

Thanks Georgie…
I did warn them rum guys that the best money-shot option would involve cooch, not hootch.
Oh well, their loss, my gain.

Our eyesight is probably the most important sense for a lot, if not all, people. Close to 75% of North Americans believe that their sight is the most important sense they have. Yet only about 40% of North Americans have an annual eye exam, and a full 85% admit that they do not care for their eyes as much as they should. This leaves a lot of Americans with poor vision, which results to a greater need to wear prescribed glasses and other necessary eyewear to help you see better.
