Big Brother – No Surprise Who Was Eliminated

The eviction had about as much plot line tension as a rom com. It was not surprise that Maddy was eliminated. She only received 11 per cent of the save vote, Jade received 52 per cent and Boogs 37 per cent.

Quite frankly I am surprised she even got double figures, because did anyone other then her friends and family vote for her? Not saying she was awful she just added very little to the house. In fact in her eviction interview we saw amusing footage her her asleep grabbing Jade’s breast and talking in her sleep. That was probably for the viewer a highlight of her time in the house.

There would have been voter apathy this week so the number of votes would be down compared some other eviction nights.

With Maddy gone that means Ed and Jade are the only persons left in their alliance. I wonder if it will increase the paranoia and Jade bewilderment about all the good people being evicted.

Maddy will come back for the finale. However Justynn is not so lucky as he is mightily peeved he has not been invited. In his twitter outburst that can bee seen on Behind Big Brother, he says he is not invited. Their rationale is that he was never a housemate. A bit churlish Big Brother. However Justynn showed his lack of self control and tweeted out this gem saying he did not audition for the show and was asked to be “the lumberjack” and to stir up Tim. Well Justynn you didn’t do a very f**king good job at at it. But it also explains why he did come across as a bit too full on and strange in that social setting.

But it again raises the issue of casting and that in this case they deliberately cast this actor to create a certain scenario. Sure put in people with certain character traits but doing this is going outside the ethos of what Big Brother is supposed to be. They would argue they have to produce an entertaining high rating show.

But this year he is not the first contestants to have their background manipulated. Tim was presented as a long term uni student, and Ben as unemployed and no mention of his ten year flight attendant career until the very end of his time in the house.

To be frank the rest of the episode was rather boring with a lot of recaps from yesterday’s episode. Though it was amusing the other housemates were telling Tim that Bindi Irwin came into the house whilst he was in the Presidential Suite. Jade freaking out about a small amount of chilli in the pasta sauce. Ed and her first date will not be at a Thai restaurant.

Also Big Brother must have ben feeling generous as he told them they passed the weekly food challenge where they had to freeze on command. Even he acknowledged there had been a laughing and wobbles. But they would have all gone psycho if they had been on staples for the third week in a row.

Yeah I can’t fucking believe it either Tahan!!!!!!!! WHY IS SHE NOT UP?

2 Liberty { 10.24.13 at 9:08 pm }

wow, so Tahan’s fans will have the opportunity to get rid of her biggest competition. Very interested to hear who they are targeting. Not surprised Boog isn’t up. I don’t think she has a chance of winning.

Agree Liberty @52, Tim and Drew fans need to spend up big this week, or we will see a repeat of a “ben” type eviction, and the boring deadheads will still be there. Can’t take much more of their droning monotone bullshit.

So disappointed that Jade’s cousin didn’t nominate Ed, and warn her cousin!!’

But realized she is just as dumb as Jade, she was the only one to walk out the wrong entrance …….must be a family thing :(

Just wondering, why should someone who causes trouble, makes people to fight against each other and pretends to be a a four year old when in the diary room, win $250,000?
People who create conflict should NOT be rewarded.

Ed has been as interesting as a fly poo.

Jade might be double ‘D’ but she gets A++ for effort.
She needs therapy. Are any producers out there watching? She would be great in the remake of “Play Misty’.

Because, Concerned @ 60, that is the nature of the show, it’s not the noble peace prize, which although very worthy is quite boring to watch.
