Masterchef Auditions Have Started And They Are Wanting To Find Good Cooks

Masterchef Australia are currently occurring in cities around Australia and producers must have learnt a lesson from last year in relation to the standard of cooking and this year have mixed up the audition process a bit.

Instead of the applicants having to bring in a cold dish they have to do a mystery box. This is one way of ensuring they actually have some skills instead of just being able to do one dish well.

The judges are not there at this point in the audition process and the producers are the ones deciding who has the goods to move forward. Hopefully it will be a balance between good cooks and compelling back stories. Hopefully they keep it to one team challenge a week and allow contestants to shine or fail on their own ability.

Emma Dean took out the title in 2013 she is currently looking for a place in High St Northcote to open a restaurant with her chef boyfriend, and she is writing her cookbook  Home Grown Table.

Masterchef Australia will be filmed again in Melbourne next year.

Ma$terchef are wanting to find good cooks~ then they’ll be turfed out during the audition process.

We know how it rolls, $hine! Another culinary calamity beckons.

“Instead of the applicants having to bring in a cold dish they have to do a mystery box.”

Saints preserve us! Anybody could have cooked the cold dish – not necessarily the person auditioning. So that explains 2013 then.

please could you write an article about Ben Milbourne, MC S4 contestant (Top 5) book which is just out. “Mexican Craving”

Hi abc. I came back especially for you. How are you?
How long until your friend’s wedding now?
Love daisy.

5 abc { 10.29.13 at 1:02 pm }

@ Daisy, done with the wedding. did manage to drop all the kilos. and im fine, rather great.

I’d be calling Emma Dean’s book Home Town Mumble.

It’s obviously been more viable for $hine to shift the entire Ma$terchef juggernaut to Melbourne than to freight Jowl$y up to Sydney each week and bear the enormous food bill.

Good for you girl.
Bet you dazzled.
I’ll try and stay in touch.

All my best wishes.

PS. abc, I hope you can still manage automatically opening doors.

9 daisy { 10.29.13 at 1:10 pm }

Now you are so light :)

Dave Emma Dean’s book should be called “How To Make Chips Cooked 3 Ways & Fail Every Time”

12 daisy { 10.29.13 at 1:31 pm }

@10. I’ll take it that means you have to jump up and down on them now.

13 brain dead dave { 10.29.13 at 1:35 pm }

I forgot about the chip chaos, Th. Australia demands a Ma$terchef who can cook chips. Just one way is fine and hold the duck fat. It’s not too much to ask, $hine?

I wouldn’t be surprised if a seagull would chunder and squawk up a treat after tasting Emma’s chips.

daisy, i love my new self. weight is good. i would really like to buy ben’s book but wont if even he has added a lot of butter and cheese to his dishes like the rest. coz i will end up making the dishes and i dont want the weight to come back. Thus want RR to write a review so i can decide to but a book or not. would love if BDD comments on this. Love you daisy.

There’s few reviews out there,abc, if you type title and author into Google.

Here’s one I found

16 Culinary Boner { 10.29.13 at 2:51 pm }

As long as there are at least three hot MILFs of the calibre of Skye, Alana and Rachel I’ll be happy.

17 abc { 10.29.13 at 3:06 pm }

bdd, thanks, but i had read that even before the book released.

“the applicants having to bring in a cold dish” last season
The funny thing is that is how America’s worst cooks auditioned!
I wonder if we will ever hear more about the most recent season contestants.
