Sophia Pou Has A Post Dancing With The Stars Prima Donna Moment

Sophia Pou was eliminated from Dancing With The Stars last night. She received the second lowest score of the evening and was bottom two with struggling dancer Brendan Jones.

However Brendan a popular radio host in Sydney survived and it was Pou who was sent home.

It appears Pou had a bit of a prima donna moment when it came to fulfilling one of her media commitments as she did not want to be interviewed by her former My Kitchen RulesΒ colleague Matt Newell. Channel 7 informed the 7HO FM breakfast hosts that Sophia was not going to be available to do the interview.

She was interviewed on the other Hobart radio station. Apparently her and Matt clashed when they were on the show.

However Matt has now had his own prima donna moment and is refusing to interview any of the other contestants eliminated from Dancing With The Stars. And yes my eyes are rolling at both of them.

RR, it is Mick and not Matt. I am not surprise with Sophia behaviour.

I think she was shock that the judges didn’t like her routine.

So glad that Libby and Jacinta have up their game and dancing better.

I can now enjoy DWTS

Ka-pou Braces πŸ˜€

I originally thought Cosentino would be the one to beat this year, then Steve Hooker started to impress. Now I think Rhiannon Fish must surely be the favourite to take the crown.

How good were Justice Crew last night! These amazing young guys won AGT in 2010 as a dance group, but they are seriously good singers too. Fantastic.

Its going to be a close one this season. Last night most of the performances were so enjoyable to watch.

Mick = the Alan Partridge of Tassie radio, without the snazzy sports casual dress sense but quite possibly matching his Norwich counterpart for the halitosis, nervous nasal wheeze and delusional self regard.

Talk about childish, both of them. I thought it was mandatory when they signed up to do it that they were expected to do any media appearances. I remember last year one of them was hungover and didn’t appear on Sunrise. I assumed she would be on the next day, but she wasn’t.

Tassie Pops and Braces.

What could possibly go wrong there?

I might now decide to start watching this show, haven’t seen any of it so far as I can’t stand to see people like that on our screens, I turned off MKR last season because of her. About time the TV execs realised we aren’t interested in bad behaviour on our screens.

Littlepetal I finally got to it last night. There are a few goodies, including the little fish girl, and Tina A.

Who got out? My rec stopped short. That Brandon or Brendon guy I suppose.

14 Slugger { 11.01.13 at 1:15 pm }

@12 Oh, that’s where I’ve seen her!

At badmington.

15 Slugger { 11.01.13 at 1:16 pm }

That’s the one where you use the shuttlecock isn’t it?

16 daisy { 11.01.13 at 1:18 pm }

CB I can do that move but I have terrible ball skills.

17 Culinary Boner { 11.01.13 at 3:11 pm }

lol daisy. you’d be amazed what moves I can do with a tray of Krispy Kreme donuts

18 daisy { 11.01.13 at 3:14 pm }

πŸ˜‰ he he he CB.

Is that where you get the ‘culinary’ ? A name from the missus?

19 daisy { 11.01.13 at 3:18 pm }

How am I ever going to eat Krispy cream donuts without imagining CB now?

20 mittens { 11.01.13 at 3:25 pm }

Just googled images for Kream donuts to see what they were. No shots suggesting their versatility of use.

21 Culinary Boner { 11.01.13 at 3:26 pm }

yep, sorry about all the hoopla

22 mittens { 11.01.13 at 3:30 pm }

Is Mrs CB good at quoits?

23 Culinary Boner { 11.01.13 at 4:05 pm }

mittens she’d improve if she stopped eating the donuts first…
for a game with several extra dimensions in the scoring department, I might have to suggest we invite Tim Robard’s over to the boudoir once he’s finished gazing meaningfully into the eyes of them models which have been posing as ‘legit’ reality contestants

24 mittens { 11.01.13 at 4:08 pm }

CB, I’m blushing πŸ˜‰

I think Tim would need a large pretzel.

25 Littlepetal { 11.01.13 at 4:23 pm }

Tim Robard and Braces will make a lovely couple.

26 Culinary Boner { 11.01.13 at 4:24 pm }

Very good point, mittens.

Hey Timbo, this lass says lie down and stand to attention, mate – http://carolinequat.files.wordpress.com/2010/10/dscf0488.jpg

27 mittens { 11.01.13 at 4:26 pm }

Maybe not quite that large CB.

Littlepetal, I blame Sophia Poo for dragging our minds into the gutter
:)

28 Culinary Boner { 11.01.13 at 4:41 pm }

I have no one but myself to blame, sad to say

Those watching the races from Flemington yesterday may have noticed Buddy Franklin and Jesinta Campbell getting very close and personal, btw.

30 Littlepetal { 11.03.13 at 1:42 pm }

Yes, they are an item now. Hope it last.
