Chloe Lattanzi Talks To Media About How Fame Messes You Up
Chloe Lattanzi who has been speaking out about her battle with her addictions however can’t seem to see the irony in talking about how “fame messes you up” to the media.
Chloe who is Olivia Newton-John’s daughter also was on the reality show Rock The Cradle in her quest to build her singing career. She did not appear to be in a good head space when she was on the show and the good news in in 2012 she went to rehab after admitting to having a problem with Xanax, alcohol and cocaine.
The Daily Telegraph reports:
The Australian singer and actor’s 27-year-old daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, said she recently had intensive rehab to kick a reliance on cocaine and vodka, and treat spiralling depression.
“I was at a hotel in Santa Monica with my mum and some friends, and out of nowhere I had a complete meltdown. I’d been mixing alcohol and Xanax, and was in a semi-psychotic state,” Lattanzi told UK newspaper the Mail on Sunday about an episode in September 2012.
“Fame totally messes you up. I don’t blame my mother for my problems, but I would never want to be famous or raise a child of my own around the cult of celebrity.
“It ruins lives.
“If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it is that you can’t be fragile in this business, or else you end up like Lindsay Lohan.
“That’s not meant as an insult. I know she – and a lot of celebrities and celebrities’ kids – are struggling with demons and addictions. It’s disturbing that everyone wants to be famous these days.
“Our culture is sick.”

Hopefully she is getting stronger, however if she thinks fame messes you up she should not be bothered talking to the media. She has also talked to Woman’s Day about this in the past few months. Keeping your name in the papers continues your “fame”. Go out get a normal job or go to University and live a normal life that might keep her on the straight and narrow. Just saying.
