Masterchef’s Rishi Desai’s New Cookbook Is Out

modern-indian

In what is good timing last year’s favourite Masterchef contestant Rishi Desai has a new cookbook out. It is called Modern Indian.

The description of the book states:

Inspired by his mother’s kitchen, in Modern Indian Rishi covers the traditional Indian dishes his mother used to cook in his hometown of Kolhapur, India, combined with his modern twist on Indian cooking. This book showcases his love of food an a unique exploration of Indian recipes with modern cooking and a contemporary style of food. All the recipes are traditionally from different regions of India and they do not all require exotic produce or ingredients. Includes over 80 recipes.

You can buy it online or in bookstores. If anyone gets it let us know what it is like please.

Ah, good for him, he was easily the best person on MC last year.
