Gordon Ramsey in Hell’s Kitchen USA is on Lifestyle at 8.30pm. Two top food critics will judge the kitchen tonight. I am not a big fan of Gordon in this role where he is over the top abusive, but some how I watch it week after week.
Channel 10 has Ice Road Truckers, normally a Fox 8 show. This show is quite riveting as truck drivers haul supplies to miners in the Canadian tundra in the dead of winter on a highway of ice. I know sounds boring but it isn’t.
X-Weighted is on Arena at 9.30pm this is about obese people wanting to lose weight.
If totally desperate for a reality TV fix MTV has reality shows going on nearly 24 hours a day. What happened to the music?

The Amazing Race follows withe teams still racing in South America using their one word of spanish “rapido, rapido”. Starr and the divorcee Christy bra dislike each other so hopefully a scrag fight will occur soon.

Well the big reality TV show on tonight is Project Runway Season 5. This is the last season with Bravo TV before it moves to another channel. Then again it could be awhile before we see the next series as there are injunctions and court cases going on at the moment.
Project Runway on Arena at 8.30pm.
Donald Trump in The Celebrity Apprentice follows it at 9.30pm.
Speaking of The Apprentice series, on Channel 7 the Alan Sugar: The Apprentice is on at 10.30pm. Tonight they are down to the final four, and by all accounts these last four are vile.
Channel 7 also has some observational reality TV on with Crash Scene Investigatiors at 7.30pm.

Tonight’s episode of The Chopping Block is set between two Melbourne restaurants in the suburb of South Yarra. The South Yarra China House (you can tell by the name that the food is going to be bad), which does ‘anglo–chinese‘ food, and Piazza Navona a family run pizza and pasta place.
The matriarch behind Piazza Navona, Mama Rosa, died after filming and tonight’s episode is dedicated to her.
This show is highly recommended with Matt Moran very skillfully handing out some harsh truths in an inoffensive manner. Also the critic Alan Saunder’s dry wit is very amusing.
If this show does not get more viewers the chances it will end up not being renewed. And that would be a bad thing.
The Chopping Block – 7.30pm on Channel 9.
Survivor Micronesia Fans V Favourites is on at 10.30pm on Channel 9 and this season is a cracker. Why oh why does Channel 9 bury it? Channel 7 bought The Amazing Race forward by an hour on Thursday nights and the ratings are much improved.
After Survivor if you are still awake there is Girls Of The Playboy Mansion at 11.30pm.
Arena TV at 8.30pm has The Rachel Zoe Project on. Arena TV describes the show as:
Stylist Rachel Zoe has worked with celebrities such as Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, Jessica Simpson and Mischa Barton, and will now star in her new reality show. The perfectly styled, go-to force among “it” starlets, fashion houses, beauty firms and magazine editors will give viewers a fly on the wall look at how she juggles deadlines and fashion shows, while ensuring that she has plenty of time for the one-on-one requirements of her successful business as an A-list celebrity stylist. Zoe will show viewers how her personalized touch has made her a household name by making over models, private clients and advertising shoots.
I know I am going to love it.
Following it at 9.30pm is Girls Meets Cowboy.
Also another much watch is the new season of America’s Next Top Model at 7.35pm on Fox 8 this the one with the transgender contestant on it.

Tonight we get to see who will be eliminated from Australian Idol this week at 7.30pm on Channel Ten. It obviously won’t be Wes Carr.
Arena has the deliciously entertaining Top Chef 3 Chicago at 8.30pm, followed by a new program called Top Design which is an interior design competition.
This reality competition pits 12 aspiring interior designers against each other in a quest to create the next Top Design. The contestants will live together in a plush Los Angeles loft while enduring a series of design challenges meant to separate the wheat from the chaff and leave us with one incredibly talented winner!
This is season 1, however in the US Season 2 started last night.
Fox 8 has Ice Road Truckers on at 8.30pm. This is quite fascinating look at trucks going across ice in the Canadian winter to deliver goods etc. I know sounds boring but can get quite riveting.
