Reality Rules – Reality TV Viewer Insights Survey 2011 – Australia’s first survey examining Reality TV fans viewing habits and attitudes is now available.
The research was conducted by Reality TV expert Emma Ashton of Reality Ravings, and social insights specialist, and consumer psychologist Julie Houston of Nitty Gritty Research.
The Reality TV Insights Survey was carried out online with 406 Australian Reality TV viewers, the majority of who read and or participate in Reality TV blogs.
Our key objective was to explore viewer insights emerging from the Reality TV landscape in Australia.
The research is particularly relevant to television networks, production houses, advertisers, brands, media academics, and social media experts.
